WPS has extended its facilities management contract with ACCA, the global body for professional accountants. The two-year extension highlights the strong relationship between the two organisations and celebrates a decade of successful partnership.
WPS will continue to deliver technical planned and reactive maintenance, workplace management and cleaning for the organisation’s London-based HQ and principal administration offices in Glasgow.
With thousands of employees and visitors passing through the two hubs each year, ACCA represents WPS’ most prominent public-facing customer, underlining the critical importance of ensuring a seamless and positive experience for building occupiers and end-users.
Jack Prady, Managing Director for WPS Facilities Management, said: “We’ve been focused on working to help ACCA enhance their strategic interactions with their stakeholders – whether that’s better onboarding of new starters, helping to engage members or supporting a first-class visitor experience.
“This has included supporting improvements in their digital infrastructure – everything from cyber security to digitalising day-to-day processes to enhance workplace management and get the best from their operating environment.
“We look forward to continuing our work with ACCA to further enhance the experiences of everyone using ACCA’s spaces through our customer-focused approach.”
Peter Brady, Head Of Operations, ACCA, said: “Over the past decade, WPS has been instrumental in supporting the smooth operation of our facilities, allowing us to focus on our mission of advancing the accounting profession globally. We are excited to continue this partnership and the value it brings to our organisation.”
