Cladding Coatings has successfully completed a major roof refurbishment at Synertec’s Milton Keynes facility, reinforcing a trusted partnership and delivering a high-performance solution designed to last for decades.
As part of Synertec’s nationwide expansion, the Milton Keynes site was identified as a priority for exterior refurbishment. Known for its precision in document control and communications automation, Synertec required a building exterior that reflected its high operational standards. Cladding Coatings was appointed to apply the cutting-edge Advantage Graphene roof coating system from Alltimes Coatings—offering a 30-year product warranty and unrivalled corrosion resistance.
“We’re proud to continue our relationship with Synertec, having previously completed successful refurbishments at their Warrington and Bristol sites,” said Mike Hallwood from Cladding Coatings. “The Milton Keynes project showcases our commitment to quality, sustainability, and long-term value.”
Project Highlights:
· Comprehensive on-site survey revealed deterioration in the metal roof cladding.
· Application of Advantage Graphene—a hybrid, liquid-applied coating enhanced with graphene, the world’s strongest material.
· Single-coat system offering ISO:9227-certified durability, fire resistance, and eco-friendly formulation.
· Minimal disruption to Synertec’s operations.
The result is a seamless, waterproof barrier that enhances the building’s appearance while protecting it from corrosion and weathering. The refurbishment not only supports Synertec’s brand image but also aligns with its forward-thinking infrastructure strategy.
This marks the third successful collaboration between Cladding Coatings and Synertec, underscoring a partnership built on reliability, innovation, and excellence.
