Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been appointed to carry out specialist access and safety installations at the Mansfield Community Diagnostics Centre (CDC), supporting the development of Nottinghamshire’s first facility of its kind.
The Mansfield CDC, based at Mansfield Community Hospital, provides a central location where patients can undergo a range of diagnostic tests in a single visit. The initiative aims to reduce referral times and support earlier diagnoses across the county.
Currently offering services including blood tests, MRI, echocardiograms and ultrasounds, the centre will soon expand into a new purpose-built facility, adding CT, X-ray, pulmonary function and andrology testing.
Under this contract, engineers from PTSG Access & Safety Ltd are installing a fixed guardrail system, Mansafe fall protection solutions, and specialist access stairs and ladders to support safe maintenance and operation at height.
