UK based global furniture manufacturer and supplier, AJ Products, is calling on university students to submit their ideas for creating happier, healthier workplaces of the future before the 31st December deadline.
The scholarship, open to undergraduate and postgraduate students across all disciplines, invites original ideas from tomorrow’s workplace innovators on how physical work environments can better support employees’ mental and physical health, a mission that sits at the heart of AJ Products’ business philosophy.
Students must submit original ideas that could include product innovations, building design changes, or workplace initiatives, drawing on personal experience or academic study to address observed workplace wellbeing challenges.
Applications close on 31st December 2025, with entries judged on innovation potential, practical benefit and the ability to improve working environments. The winning proposal will be selected by an AJ Products panel based on originality, relevance and impact.
The scholarship addresses growing industry recognition that physical workspace design directly impacts employee wellbeing, productivity and retention – critical factors as businesses navigate post-pandemic workplace transformation and talent shortages.
