Jaguar has been awarded the Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) maintenance contract for 45 Gresham Street by MAPP.
The prestigious property, located moments from St Paul’s Cathedral, offers 165,000 sq ft of Grade A office and retail accommodation across ten floors. This addition reinforces Jaguar’s continued presence across London’s most prominent commercial buildings.
The mobilisation phase is already underway, with Jaguar’s technical, mobilisation, and compliance teams collaborating closely with the customer to ensure a seamless transition and continuity of service from day one.
