EMCOR UK has secured a 5-year TFM contract with the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) following a competitive tender process through the Crown Commercial Services Framework. The contract will commence in the last quarter of 2025, providing national coverage to several facilities.
DHSC is a ministerial department supporting ministers to lead the nation’s health and social care. Under the contract, EMCOR UK will provide facilities management services, including engineering, cleaning, security, and front of house and catering services. Services will adhere to strict audit standards and a proactive approach to risk management.
