Two Premier Technical Services Group businesses have been jointly appointed to deliver specialist fire solutions for social housing provider ForHousing.
Neo and Trinity – both part of the FTSE-listed group’s Fire Solutions division – will work together on a contract covering fire risk assessments and remedial works across ForHousing’s 19,000-home portfolio in the north-west.
The appointment demonstrates how PTSG’s multi-brand structure enables combined service delivery that individual providers cannot replicate.
Engineers from both companies will conduct fire risk assessments and carry out remedial works to passive and active fire protection assets. The assessments provide foundational documentation from which all legislative fire safety requirements can be addressed.
Services under the contract include:
- Fire Risk Assessments (Types 1 & 3)
- Pre-occupancy reports
- Occupancy reports
- Fire door surveys
- Additional services planned for 2026
ForHousing, which operates across the north-west, focuses on delivering affordable, quality, well-maintained homes where tenants feel safe and secure, with services designed around community needs.
PTSG said the contract showcases how its multi-company structure – backed by group-wide resources and quality standards – delivers expertise and support levels standalone assessment providers cannot match.
The group’s Fire Solutions division is PTSG’s largest business unit, employing over 3,000 people across five specialist divisions serving more than 30,000 customers nationwide.
