Hartnell Taylor Cook Named as Supplier on Commercial Crown Service’s Estate Management Services 2 Framework for Second Time Running

Leading commercial property consultancy Hartnell Taylor Cook has been reappointed on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) RM6343 Estate Management Services 2 framework. The firm has been named on five lots on the framework, and is on the “taxi rank” in four of these lots:

  • Lot 1 – Total Estate Management: Strategic oversight of public sector property portfolios, operational management, and optimisation of estate performance – Taxi rank
  • Lot 2 – Estate (Property) Management: Day-to-day management of properties, including tenant relations, lease compliance, and facilities management oversight – Taxi rank.
  • Lot 3 – Agency and Lease Management: Expert advice on lettings, disposals, lease negotiations, and property transactions – Taxi rank
  • Lot 4 – Surveying and Strategic Advice: Professional surveying, valuations, feasibility studies, and strategic property guidance.
  • Lot 6 – Business Rating Services: Providing business rates assessments, appeals, and optimisation strategies for public sector clients – Taxi rank

CCS’s framework allows central government departments, local authorities, and other public sector organisations to access trusted suppliers, simplifying procurement and ensuring value for money.

Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2024/25, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £5.3 billion – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.

Being named as a supplier on the new agreement builds on Hartnell Taylor Cook’s existing public sector success as a current supplier under the NHS’ HPCCAS framework, existing CCS framework, and Homes England’s Property & Financial Professional Services framework agreement.
