Built environment specialist Pick Everard has been named on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) RM6343 Estate Management Services 2 framework, securing its role as a trusted supplier to central government and public sector bodies across the UK.
The firm has been named on Lot 4 – Surveying and Strategic Advice and Lot 8b – PFI Surveying Services, enabling Pick Everard to provide a variety of services from condition surveys and structural studies of properties occupied by public sector bodies, to technical due diligence.
Within its remit, Pick Everard will specifically support these organisations in the operation, delivery and handback requirements of buildings under Private Finance Initiative (PFI) schemes.
The significant appointment builds on Pick Everard’s established reputation as a multi-disciplinary consultancy, allowing the firm to apply its expertise in asset management, building surveying and sustainability advisory.
Simon Robb, National Director for Building Surveying at Pick Everard, said: “Pick Everard is proud to have been named as a supplier on CCS frameworks for more than two decades, adding value and achieving time-saving benefits that our clients experience throughout our partnerships.
“Being appointed to the Estate Management Services 2 framework means clients can be assured they are working and collaborating with a trusted consultancy that has a proven record of delivering results thanks to technical expertise and experience in successfully solving complex estate challenges.”
Ben Killeen, Group Strategic Development Director, said: “As a multi-disciplinary consultancy, part of our strength lies in our understanding of the diverse needs of public sector organisations, enabling us to unlock the full potential of their estates.
“Through space utilisation and optimisation, asset verification and maintenance, compliance and investment strategies, we can help clients make the most of their places and spaces and ensure the smooth transition of PFI agreements.”
Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services.
