Novus expands client services following bumper year

Novus Property Solutions is delighted to announce that is has launched two new dedicated services – Interiors, specialising in fast-track high quality fit-outs, and Sustain, a housing retrofit decarbonisation service – as part of its ambitious growth strategy.

Its new strategy, launched in 2021 with the aim of doubling profits over a five-year period and spearheaded by CEO Steve Davies, saw Novus secure a record number of new contracts last year, to the value of £176 million. A key aim of the strategy is to win high value, long term contracts while maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients, and these two latest service offerings are set to pave the way for further success for the company in 2022 and beyond.

Building upon the successful launch of its three dedicated services – Maintain, Assure, and Projects – in 2021, the addition of both Interiors and Sustain will provide Novus’ clients with a wider variety of services, further cementing its place as one of the go-to contractors of choice.

The Interiors service offers clients a complete turnkey solution for fast track fit-outs, Cat A and B, plus core and shell refurbishments. Available across a range of sectors – including retail, leisure, healthcare, and education – its Interiors service will further build upon its enviable refurbishment reputation within the UK’s retail & hotel sectors.

With our customers at the heart of everything it does, Novus’ new Sustain service will provide a one-stop-shop to assist social housing landlords and property portfolio holders achieve zero carbon targets across their portfolios.

Through our Centre of Excellence, Novus; expert team of in-house professionals and external specialist partners will offer an end-to-end solution for clients – assessing portfolios and recommending the ideal solutions to achieving carbon targets with available budgets, undertaking all funding requirements and compliant delivery of the works including all measurement and verification of the solutions.
