Magiccote has won a contract with Pareto FM to deliver window cleaning at one of the company’s sites in Nuneaton/Coventry in the West Midlands.
Magiccote delivers a full range of cleaning services nationwide, from industrial cleaning to the cleaning of offices, drains and even vehicles. Based in Hull, East Yorkshire, Magiccote works nationwide with contracts as far north as Aberdeen and as far south as Southampton.
Pareto FM, which delivers flexible, customer-centric facilities management services, is a new client for Magiccote. Working closely together, Magiccote produced a window cleaning schedule to meet the exact requirements of Pareto FM in this new contract.
Adam Carrison, Managing Director of Magiccote, has been with the company since it formed in 2008. “Window cleaning is my main passion and Magiccote is the culmination of four generations of expertise in my family since the 1940s,” he explained.
“We have invested heavily in the latest window cleaning technology such as the FaceLift Phantom Mod – a modular system for internal external cleaning at height. This enables us to complete every project safely and in a very time-efficient manner.
“We use Spotless Water near our sites, using advanced technology that filters the water using a water filtration system instead of chemicals. This reduces the need to carry large weights in our vehicles, which in turn reduces the amount of fuel we use, improving our carbon footprint.
“I am delighted to announce this new contract with Pareto FM, a leading name in the FM sector. I look forward to delivering our signature high standard of cleaning over the next year.”
