CBRE’s Graeme Rutter Appointed as IPF Chair

Graeme Rutter of global real estate adviser CBRE, has been announced as National Chair of the Investment Property Forum (IPF).

The 12-month appointment follows the IPF’s annual general meeting held on the 27 June. The role of the Chair is to ensure that the IPF’s mission to enhance the understanding and efficiency of property as an investment remains at the fore of the Forum’s thinking and activities, for the benefit of both its membership and the wider real estate industry.

Graeme is an Executive Director and Head of Investment Advisory within CBRE Capital Advisors, where his team provides institutional, financial, family office and property company clients with real estate investment advice, ranging commercial and residential investment, lending and indirect investment. Graeme’s team also provides advice to public sector clients, both Local Authorities and Local Government Pension Schemes. His experience in the real estate investment industry spans over 28 years.

He is currently a member of CBRE’s Capital Advisors Investment Committee, Investment Advisory Strategy Board and Investment Advisory Investment Committee, as well as the MSCI UK Real Estate Advisory Group. Graeme has chaired the IPF Indirect Property Working Group for a number of years.
