Vertas Group was honoured at the British Chamber Business Awards where it scooped a regional accolade.
Facilities management and property and recruitment consultancy Vertas Group took the top regional prize in the Workforce Developer category.
Vertas Group was recognised for its approach to the learning and development of its team and the effect this has had on business performance.
The Group were also recognised for its passion for championing a ‘People Making a Difference’ work strategy which values and supports staff and aims to foster an environment where all workers can achieve and sustain excellence in their career journey. Its ‘Leadership Pathway’ programme is aimed at rising stars within the team.
