Triosgroup Ltd has announced the acquisition of the specialist maintenance provider Airedale Maintenance Services Ltd.
Airedale Maintenance Services Ltd (AMS) provides planned and reactive, mechanical and electrical building services to clients operating in the Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Education, Retail and Leisure sectors. AMS specialisms include facilities services, energy services, compliance services and project management & design tailored for clients across the UK.
Triosgroup Ltd (Trios) is a national provider of brilliant facilities management and property services. Over 300 colleagues across three specialist divisions, deliver individually tailored facilities maintenance, project and property lifecycle services to clients in the public and private sectors.
AMS has an annual turnover of £2.6m. Based in Yorkshire, the acquisition reinforces Trios’ presence in the North of England, whilst their extensive experience working with property landlords offers Trios the opportunity to expand into a new market.
