NHS Business Services Authority hailed as one of the UK’s best places to work

NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) has maintained the top two-star outstanding status for the third year running from Best Companies. This is given to organisations whose survey responses show that there is an outstanding commitment to workplace engagement.

There was a high response rate to its annual employee engagement survey of 65%. Employees gave feedback about their experiences at work, to have their say about the organisation and really help NHSBSA understand what it is doing well and what it could do better.

Michael Brodie, Chief Executive at NHS Business Services Authority said: “I’m really proud of everyone’s contributions and in how colleagues have supported each other at NHSBSA over the last 12 months. Maintaining our outstanding status is testament to the impact that has had.

“Although it has continued to be a challenging time since our last survey as we adapted to the lifting of COVID-19 restrictions, new ways of working and, more recently, the cost of living crisis, there are many positives we are taking from the results as well as acknowledging we have some areas for improvement.”
