Independent B Corp caterer Houston & Hawkes has entered a partnership with St. Ewe Free Range Eggs, making the Cornwall-based brand its exclusive egg supplier.
The agreement means Houston & Hawkes will serve St. Ewe Eggs throughout its business, which spans 44 client sites across London and the South East, covering everything from daily staff dining to client hospitality.
St. Ewe Eggs is one of the UK’s fastest-growing premium egg brands. Founded in 2007, the family-run business works with more than 30 farms across the South West, Wales and Northern Ireland, each meeting St. Ewe Eggs’ high standards on animal welfare and nutrition. In 2025, it became the first egg packer in Europe to achieve B Corp certification, reflecting its commitment to hen welfare and sustainable food production.
The partnership reflects Houston & Hawkes’ broader approach to procurement, prioritising independent British producers whose values align with its own. Houston & Hawkes, which recently retained its B Corp-certification, sources more than 95% of its ingredients from UK-based suppliers. Adding St. Ewe Eggs to that network reinforces a defining part of the business’s identity: great food that is responsibly sourced.
