Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has appointed Sarah Wood to its Senior Leadership Team, underlining the growing strategic importance of customer success as the specialist building compliance group continues its rapid expansion.
Sarah, who joined PTSG in 2010 as a Renewal Administrator, has spent more than 15 years helping to build one of the Group’s most important commercial functions. As Director of Customer Success, she now leads the teams responsible for renewals, key accounts, customer sales and service delivery, ensuring customers benefit from the full breadth of PTSG’s specialist capabilities.
The appointment comes as PTSG continues to invest in leadership and talent development to support its long-term growth strategy.

PTSG has also promoted Stacey Thompson to Customer Sales Manager. Thompson joined the business in 2017 and will play a key role in supporting customers and developing new commercial opportunities across the Group.
The appointments reflect PTSG’s long-standing commitment to developing talent from within, with many of its senior leaders having progressed through the organisation as the business has grown into one of the UK’s leading providers of specialist building compliance services.
