GSH Group has been appointed by Bidwells to provide engineering and hard facilities management services across a multi-site property portfolio, establishing a new partnership between two of the UK’s longest-standing businesses.
The appointment will see GSH deliver engineering-led services across the portfolio, working closely with Bidwells and its clients to maintain high operational standards, enhance building performance and provide long-term value for occupiers and asset owners.
The partnership combines the capabilities of Bidwells, the independent property consultancy founded in 1839, and GSH Group, the family-owned facilities management and engineering specialist established in 1895.
Together, the organisations will focus on responsive service delivery, technical excellence and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
Under the agreement, GSH will apply its engineering-led delivery model, combining consistent service standards with a tailored approach for individual properties. The company said open communication, practical problem solving and accountability will be central to its service strategy.
