2023 has started with an exciting new PPM and reactive repairs maintenance contract mobilisation at London Bridge.
Working for an established Commercial Managing Agent, Ergro has successfully secured this annual contract to maintain all Mechanical and Electrical assets at the site.
Built in 1850, the Grade II listed historic property is situated on the prominent edge of London’s famous landmark, London Bridge. The six-storey building features 50,000sqft of commercial offices and retail spaces, with plant located in both the basement and roof levels.
Ergro engineers are attending site several times per week for scheduled servicing and maintenance of:
• Air Conditioning/HVAC systems (including all chillers, fan coils, AHUs, Boilers
• Pressurisation units, Hot water equipment – calorifiers)
• Supply and extract fans
• Emergency lights
• All electrical supply systems/equipment
• Water Hygiene
• Fire Safety Systems
