Cleaning software specialist Clenetix has announced two new features for its modular software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution.
The company states they been introduced to give automated, proactive insight into day-to-day cleaning operations, and QR codes offer additional deployment options to customers.
The feature is intended to aid cleaning operatives and other team members by sending them automatic notifications by email or push notifications when actions or inactions need to be remedied. A variety of alert types spanning tasks, attendance, audit and footfall can be tailored to each customer’s specific needs.
This includes Air Things, where access to indoor air quality (IAQ) sensing can enable further alerting based on atmospheric conditions. With automatic alerts sent directly to mobile devices, there is no need to be monitoring the Insights dashboard for updates. This new function helps to unlock full site visibility around the clock with alert-driven transparency for all team members.
The codes feature is an alternative to installing hardware sensors and offer customers more flexibility. Users scan QR codes via the Clenetix mobile app to signal the completion and verifications of specific tasks at a location or submit quality audits.
It can also enable contactless location check-in and out, helping to provide efficient time and attendance information. The captured QR code data becomes instantly available on our Insights dashboard, giving complete workplace visibility, with users able to see who is on site and track critical cleaning activity completion in real-time.
