Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been selected to deliver specialist electrical services at a new residential development in Manor Park, East London.
Greenhill Centre has been designed to reflect the surrounding architecture and will provide 81 mixed-tenure homes across three blocks. It incorporates a new replacement gym and landscape improvements, with existing mature trees blending with a communal garden to the north of the development.
56 of the new homes will be offered at London Affordable Rent and 25 for low-cost shared ownership, having been partially funded by the Greater London Authority.
In this contract, engineers from PTSG Electrical Services Ltd will deliver a brand-new lighting protection system at the development. This will provide vital protection for the buildings and all users in the event of an electrical storm.
