Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to deliver specialist electrical services at a new development in East London.
The John Street housing scheme in Plaistow, developed for the London Borough of Newham, introduces 70 new affordable homes to the area. The project prioritizes the provision of family homes, accounting for over 40% of the total units.
The development offers a well-balanced mix of townhouses, maisonettes, and apartments across three, four, and twelve storeys. It includes 1,200m2 of landscaped central open space with 24 new trees planted. The project is committed to high levels of sustainability and energy efficiency. The goal is to meet the rigorous Passivhaus standard, ensuring optimal thermal comfort and reduced energy costs for residents.
