Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to provide specialist fire solutions at King’s Road Park Phase II – a new sustainable neighbourhood in the Chelsea Design district.
Set within a beautiful park, just 60 metres from the iconic King’s Road, King’s Road Park is in one of south-west London’s most desired locations. This is the last project of its scale in the South Fulham Riverside Regeneration Area, which will create over 1,800 homes. It will see the restoration of two Grade II listed buildings and provide 100,000 square feet of commercial space for a mixture of restaurants, bars and offices.
In this contract, engineers from PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd will deliver commercial sprinkler systems – the most widely used of all fire protection systems today.
First used in 1872, modern innovations have made sprinklers far more effective at combating fire. They are designed to protect property and people as specified by the various automatic fire sprinkler standards. Within commercial properties, the British standard BS EN 12845:2015.
