Our latest contract win for our longstanding Managing Agent client is now mobilising in the iconic Whitehall area of London.
Delivering an 8 week programme to upgrade the commercial property’s VRV and ventilation system, the new systems we are installing comprise of a Daikin VRV 3 pipe heat recovery system, with ducted fancoil units and Daikin VAM heat recovery ventilation units.
As part of the Landlord’s vision for the new office refit all new services will be visibly exposed, so our attention to detail and the final aesthetics will be a key focus in our delivery.
The new external VRV condensing unit location is within a rear lightwell of the property, which would be difficult to lift into position by crane, especially given the building’s prominent location at a busy central London road junction. With this considered, we have opted for Daikin’s strip and rebuild service, whereby the unit is broken down into component parts at the factory, then being transported to the roof via our specialist mechanical lifting team, before then being rebuilt in position.
As a Daikin D1+ Contractor, our client will also benefit from the additional reassurance provided by the enhanced warranty terms received on the equipment that we supply, install, and maintain.
