CWG appoints new Director of Retail & Hospitality Leasing

  • Leanne Catterall has been appointed to Director of Retail & Hospitality Leasing at CWG

Leanne will bring her extensive experience and expertise in curating a world-class retail mix to support the on-going diversification of the Canary Wharf estate.

Leanne joins CWG from The Crown Estate, where she was Director of Retail & Hospitality Leasing for six years across their London and Regional Portfolios.  Leanne led on curating one of the world’s most well-known shopping destinations, setting up and managing a dedicated popups team and oversaw over 100 transactions. Leanne is also one of the co-creators of the podcast series Retail is Dead, which despite the name, explores the positive stories of the retail and hospitality world in an ever changing and challenging environment.  Prior to joining The Crown Estate, Leanne co-directed a restaurant focused team at CBRE, within their central London advisory team and in 2021, was selected for the Bisnow ‘Women Leading Real Estate’ list.
