- Monthly site visits for general maintenance checks of plant rooms, lighting systems, and emergency lighting.
- Regular tap temperature monitoring and recording to comply with statutory hot water safety regulations.
- Water hygiene services to maintain a clean and safe water supply.
- Hot water system maintenance to ensure efficient operation.
- Air conditioning maintenance for the Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system.
- Annual fire extinguisher checks.
- Portable appliance testing on a yearly basis.
- Five-yearly fixed electrical wiring testing, scheduled for this year.
