Zoe Bignell, Head of Development & Asset Renewal, CBRE UK said: “In the current environment, clients need to think more intelligently about their assets to realise value. Jeremy’s specific skillset will help our clients unlock cumbersome and complex headlease arrangements, which will in turn lead to opportunities to reposition and renew many assets, helping to bolster the development pipeline and create more vibrancy in our city scape. We are delighted to have him in the team and we see his appointment as a huge opportunity for both us and for our clients as the business continues to grow.”

CBRE’s Development & Asset Renewal team works across all use classes providing clients with asset renewal and development strategies aimed at identifying the highest and best use/s, in order to future proof assets within the current sustainability, social and economic environment.  The London arm of the team, led by Alastair Perks, is currently advising on a range of Central London transactions representing over £1bn of land value.
