ATALIAN is proud to announce the start of a strategic partnership with Bosch for the implementation of Integrated Facility Management concept in their facilities.

IFM @ Bosch is a unique concept, customized to meet the specific needs of a diversified real estate portfolio, to ensure the access to innovation and digitalization and, finally, to benefit from cost optimization by integrating the facilities services under global strategic partners.

This new partnership will enable us to leverage our expertise and flexibility to offer tailor-made solutions to 36 Bosch sites across 7 countries in EMEA region: Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Turkey, France, Belgium, Netherlands.

Nearly 700 ATALIAN employees will be mobilised to ensure optimum service quality in terms of:

• Cleaning & associated services (pest control, handling, logistics, mail management…)
• Maintenance
• Security
• Reception
• Landscaping
• Waste management and much more…

Thanks to its dedicated Transition cell, an essential link between Commerce and Operations, ATALIAN has a unique and differentiating approach. Indeed, this unit enables fluid coordination and transparent communication, guaranteeing a smooth transition, a key to operational excellence.
