Technology Award – Allander Security Ltd
Allander Security showed a commitment to excellence by hitting a fantastic 98% average usage of the app when conducting jobs, consistently hitting or exceeding their targets.
Service Excellence Award – Foremost Security
Foremost Security won the Award this year for their outstanding dedication to customer service, demonstrating faultless communication and an accommodating, friendly attitude.
ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) Award – MAN Commercial Protection
2024’s winners are MAN Commercial Protection. MAN stood out for their annual ESG reporting, impressive electric fleet transition and sourcing of ethical uniform suppliers.
Performance Award – Key Patrol
This year the winners are Key Patrol. They demonstrated outstanding operational performance across 32,000 jobs in 2023. A particular highlight was their average response time of 45 minutes across 3,000 response jobs. Their average scheduled adherence (turning up on time to scheduled services) was also an incredible 97%!
