Lancer Scott Facilities Management has announced the continuation and expansion of its successful partnership with Co-op, by securing a new five-year Hard FM Services contract to deliver maintenance and repair services across the South of the UK.
Following five years of collaboration, this latest contract builds on their proven track record, ensuring high-quality FM services to over 1,600 Co-op food stores and Funeralcare homes. Under this model, Lancer Scott will provide essential support, ensuring the highest standards of maintenance, repair, and service excellence.
The increased coverage area will enable them to continue their commitment to local communities, providing employment for local people and investing in worthwhile community projects. With more than 140 committed professionals, including managers, helpdesk staff, administrators, engineers, and apprentices, the team is dedicated to providing service excellence while also enriching and giving back to the local communities – a core value and priority shared with both Co-op and Lancer Scott.
