PTSG Engineer Praised for Outstanding Inclusivity on Site

An engineer from Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been commended for his exceptional commitment to inclusive service delivery during a recent site visit supporting members of the deaf community.

Tee Pratheepan, a Portable Appliance Testing Engineer with Guardian – part of PTSG Electrical Services Ltd – demonstrated thoughtful and proactive communication when attending a ward in Birmingham that supports deaf service users. Upon arrival, he used British Sign Language to introduce himself and explain the nature of his visit.

Crucially, Tee continued signing throughout the visit — even after learning that the individual he initially addressed could hear — ensuring full inclusion for everyone present.

Ann Moore from Jasmine Suite, Deaf Services, praised the gesture: “He used sign language throughout, which was so refreshing and lovely to witness.”

Tee’s actions reflect PTSG’s wider commitment to accessibility, inclusion and service excellence — values embedded across the Group’s operations.

PTSG provides a full range of compliance solutions, including portable appliance testing and fixed wire testing, helping clients remain compliant with the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989. Its engineers operate across all industry sectors, with a strong focus on customer experience and continuous improvement.
