The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) has been named as one of the most inspiring employers worldwide, securing 73rd place in the 2025 Global Top 100 Inspiring Workplaces list.
The awards celebrate organisations from across sectors and regions that put people at the heart of their business by creating positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace cultures.
Companies are judged against six elements considered essential to being an inspiring workplace: Culture and Purpose, Leadership, Wellbeing, Inclusion and Belonging, Employee Voice, and Employee Experience.
The Global Top 100 features the highest-scoring winners across Inspiring Workplaces’ regional awards, covering Asia, Australasia, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East & Africa, North America, and the UK & Ireland.
This recognition follows success earlier this year for the NHSBSA, when it ranked 18th in the UK and Ireland Top 50 Inspiring Workplaces list, and was also named a top Government and Non-Profit Organisation.
