Soft facilities management provider SBFM has appointed Emma Jane McSteen as its Chief Legal & Risk Officer.
In this strategic role, McSteen will lead SBFM’s legal operations, including its governance and risk management functions. She will work closely with the business, external legal partners, clients and suppliers to ensure the organisation’s legal framework is robust and fully aligned with its ambitious growth strategy.
McSteen is qualified cross-jurisdictionally to practice in England and Wales, Ireland and Northern Ireland. She brings over twenty years of legal experience to SBFM, having worked in both legal practice and in-house positions throughout her career. McSteen is recognised for her expertise in dispute resolution and complex contractual issues, having most recently held the role of Head of Legal for OCS Group UK&I.
