Apleona has acquired Morrison Facilities Services, which has approx. 300 specialists working across six locations in Scotland and England. This acquisition will further enhance public sector capabilities as well as local presence.
This is Apleona’s fourth acquisition in the UK in three years, further strengthening its position in the market as a technical and integrated facility manager with a high share of self-delivered services. The company announced the acquisition of Morrison Facilities Services (Morrison) today.
Established for over three decades, Morrison is based in Livingston and employs approx. 300 people. The company provides technical and integrated facility services across Scotland and in the south of England, mainly focusing on public sector clients such as schools, universities and healthcare facilities.
Apleona UK employs more than 2,000 people and is one of the UK’s leading integrated FM service providers with a high self-delivery share and a large number of industrial customers in the public, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and retail sectors. By acquiring Morrison Facilities Services, Apleona is further strengthening its market position in UK and building credible and demonstrable capability.
