Premier Technical Services Group (PTSG) has been officially recognised as a Disability Confident Committed employer, achieving Level 1 accreditation under the government’s Disability Confident scheme.
The certificate awarded by the Department for Work and Pensions confirms PTSG’s commitment to building a workplace where disabled people and those with health conditions are actively supported to join, stay and succeed.
As part of its commitments under the scheme, PTSG has pledged to ensure its recruitment process is as inclusive and accessible as possible. This includes offering an interview to disabled applicants who meet the minimum criteria for a role, to anticipate and provide reasonable adjustments and to support any existing employee who acquires a disability or long-term health condition to remain in work.
