JLL has hired two senior recruits, Andrew Yates and Toby Hall to join its Central London office agency business.
Andrew Yates has been appointed as a Director in the Central London office agency business, where he will focus on tenant representation. Having worked at JLL for 10 years in the Hong Kong office, he brings a breadth of experience to the office agency business. Andrew has a comprehensive background on leasing in a number of high-profile transactions for occupiers including Bloomberg, Credit Suisse, Citi, Uber and Amazon.
His recent professional achievements include pursuing and winning instructions from the likes of Jefferies, McKinsey, APG Asset Management & Manulife.
Andrew will work closely with Toby Hall, who joins from JLL’s UAE office as a Director. He has over 16 years of corporate real estate experience specialising in the office market. Toby spent over nine of those years at JLL’s UAE office.
Throughout his tenure, Toby has been involved in a number of high profile transactions working on behalf of some of the Middle East’s most prominent investors and developers. This includes appointments for HSBC on HSBC Tower and ICD Brookfield on ICD Brookfield Place in Dubai where space has been leased to occupiers including EY, UBS, Blackrock and Julius Baer. ICD Brookfield Place set a significant new benchmark in sustainability, placemaking, design specification and asset management for the Middle East.
