infinitSpace is delighted to announce that it is going to be opening its first flexible workspace in London.
infinitSpace is going to manage three floors in the iconic Aldgate Tower. Located right next to both the City and Shoreditch – this new flexible workspace will total 60,000 square feet and boast amazing facilities. Located at 2 Leman Street, the 16-floor, Grade-A glass building has epic views over London.
The flexible workspace will be managed under the brand beyond Aldgate Tower.
infinitSpace works with commercial landlords to transform traditional office space into modern, flexible and inspiring workspaces.
In the case of beyond Aldgate Tower, infinitSpace worked with landlord Brookfield Properties.
Martin Wallace, Senior Vice President at Brookfield Properties, said: “We are always focused on creating a great experience for our tenants, so the partnership with infinitSpace made perfect sense. Spread across three floors, beyond Aldgate Tower will not only serve new occupiers that are seeking an amazing, flexible workspace, it will also provide new opportunities for our current tenants.”

beyond is infinitSpace’s own flexible workspace brand which is created for commercial landlords. Alternatively, it conceptualises, designs, builds and manages landlords’ own unique brands – that is the freedom of their choice. infinitSpace will do all the heavy lifting to create and then operate breath-taking workspaces that meet the ever-changing demands of businesses.
beyond Aldgate Tower offers both coworking and private office spaces, all with flexible terms and premium services, suitable for individuals up to large teams. There are fully equipped meeting rooms and event spaces with additional high-end services. Members benefit from ultra-fast WiFi, IT support, a best-in-class app, and a community team. Additional services include barista coffee, breakout and event spaces, and phone booths.
As well as housing companies and their teams, the beyond Aldgate Tower flexible workspace will allow the building’s existing occupiers to also connect through the bespoke tenant experience app.
Wybo Wijnbergen, CEO of infinitSpace, commented: “Since the start of the pandemic, flexible working has become the norm for many businesses. This means they need flexible spaces to work in – ones that can be accessed around the clock, are optimised with technology, and provide an exceptional experience to inspire people to travel to a place of work.”
