Liverpool-based FM service provider Avrenim has been awarded an FM contract with local charity Merseyside Youth Association.
The works include delivering planned and preventative maintenance for two of the charity’s buildings – the MYA Head Office in Hanover Street in Liverpool City Centre, and Gordon Youth Centre in Bootle.
Established in 1890, Merseyside Youth Association provides practical and positive support to children and young people across the region.

“Avrenim’s delivery of this service will ensure that all routine and reactive maintenance works are carried out efficiently giving us peace of mind.”
