Among Alistair’s contributions as an inspiring leader is his close involvement in the expedited launch of Anabas’ employee assistance programme during the pandemic to provide a confidential 24/7 helpline, and support on legal, financial, and medical issues. He also launched the ‘Art of Brilliance’, a positive psychology and resilience training programme designed to equip every member of staff with the tools they need to personally feel their best every day, cultivating a positive, can-do attitude both at work and at home.
