JLL, the global residential and commercial real estate services company, has appointed Giles Weir as its Head of Strategic Occupier Solutions.
In his role, Giles will support the growth of JLL’s Industrial & Logistics business, leading the dedicated tenant representation team and working closely alongside the Business Development and Supply Chain teams.
Giles has held a number of leadership positions within JLL, having acted as head of Bristol’s industrial and logistics team for the past nine years, covering the South West and representing a broad range of occupiers and developers nationally. He will draw upon his in-depth knowledge of the industrial and logistics market and occupiers to bolster the team.
