Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to deliver specialist fire solutions for the world’s largest online retailer and marketplace.
Now a household name in online retail, the company was founded in 1994 and was originally an online marketplace for books. It has since expanded into a multitude of product categories, a strategy that has earned it the moniker The Everything Store.
As of 2023, it is the world’s largest online retailer and marketplace, smart speaker provider, cloud computing service through AWS, live-streaming service through Twitch, and Internet company as measured by revenue and market share.
The client has sites the length and breadth of the UK, with a corporate office in Manchester, AWS data centres in London and more than 20 state-of-the-art fulfilment and distribution centres.
In this contract, engineers from PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd will install fire alarm systems at sites in the following locations:
- Doncaster
- Kegworth
- Mansfield
