GSH Projects slashes project set-up time by 80%

PlanRadar, a leading digital platform for documentation, communication and reporting in construction, facility management and real estate, has enabled GSH Projects, a specialist construction and fit-out company, to decrease its project set-up time by 80%, streamlining processes and supporting scalable growth.

GSH Projects originally adopted PlanRadar in January 2024 to help solve persistent inefficiencies as the company expanded and managing large-scale projects efficiently became increasingly complex. Crucially, they needed greater process standardisation, improved compliance tracking, and reduced administrative tasks. One particular focus area was around installation ticket production, a significant challenge of managing large-scale projects, such as fire doors, where thousands of manual uploads were required.

Not only that the company’s existing methods were time consuming and predominantly offline, they wanted a digital platform which could reduce the use of error-prone, siloed and nebulous paper documentation, emails, and various disconnected tools.

Particularly, it sought a holistic solution to automate compliance processes, improve project collaboration and establish a single source of truth.

It quickly discovered how PlanRadar’s ‘Connect’ tool could provide answer to both problems, by providing GSH Projects with a ‘one-stop shop’ for project management and  automating ticket creation.

This proved a real game-changer as, when a parent ticket was created, the platform would automatically generate sub-tickets and documents to provide guidance for next steps. This enabled the GSH Projects team to focus more on project execution and less on time-consuming administration tasks.

It also helped streamline other tedious, yet essential admin processes, including form generation and compliance tracking.

It’s also been transformative in administrative terms as our workload has decreased by 50%, helping improve capacity levels, so our team can squarely focus on the successful execution of projects.”
