Savills has expanded its property and facilities management team with the appointment of Stephen Elliott as Director of Strategic Client Solutions, based at the firm’s Margaret Street headquarters.
Stephen brings 25 years of senior real estate fund management experience, having worked with UK institutional clients including local authority and corporate pension funds at Legal & General Asset Management, Royal London Asset Management, Aviva Investors and F&C Asset Management. His unique client-side perspective will be instrumental as Savills continues to develop its client relationship management and service delivery.
In his new role within the Client Services team, Stephen will provide strategic insight into delivering integrated property management services across client portfolios. He will work closely with CRM and surveying teams, along with the wider business, on strategic client planning and service innovation.
