Bidvest Noonan has announced the appointment of Michele Powell as Head of Operations for its Security Co-Ordination and Intelligence Centre (SCIC).
In this key leadership role, Michele will oversee the delivery of the company’s specialist operations centre, intelligence and threat-notification capabilities, and incident-coordination function. She will lead Bidvest Noonan’s dedicated Control Room and Intelligence Analysis teams while supporting the continued development of an expanding range of specialist security and integrated solutions.
Michele brings significant experience in security leadership, intelligence management and operational excellence. Before joining Bidvest Noonan, she spent more than four years with a leading global retail group, where she served as Global Safety and Security Manager. During this time, she led complex international programmes, strengthened security operations across multiple regions and helped shape high-performing teams in fast-paced retail environments.
