PTSG has been awarded a contract to replace and upgrade mansafe systems across three schools in Fife, working on behalf of facilities management client Sodexo.
Mansafe systems form the critical infrastructure that allows engineers, maintenance teams and contractors to work at height in safety. On a school estate, where buildings are occupied and the duty of care is at its highest, the integrity of those systems is non-negotiable. Ageing or non-compliant equipment is not a risk that can be deferred.
The contract involves both replacement and upgrade works, bringing the systems across all three sites up to current standards and ensuring they are fit for the teams that will rely on them going forward.
Access and Safety is where PTSG began. When the business was founded in 2007, working at height was the first discipline it committed to, and it remains the foundation the group was built on.
