JSM Group has joined the Womens Utilities Network (WUN), reinforcing its commitment to creating an inclusive workplace and supporting greater diversity across the utilities sector.
WUN is a leading industry network dedicated to creating a utilities sector where women join, stay and thrive. Through its programmes, events and industry partnerships, WUN supports organisations to attract, develop and retain talented women, while helping to drive positive change across the sector.
As JSM continues to grow across the UK and internationally, membership of WUN reflects the Group’s ongoing commitment to supporting its people and helping build a more representative workforce for the industries it serves. The partnership will provide access to a broad network of industry professionals, development opportunities and best practice to strengthen JSM’s approach to inclusion and talent development.
The utilities sector faces significant infrastructure and investment challenges over the coming years, alongside increasing demand for skilled people. Creating environments where everybody can succeed will be critical to meeting those challenges and securing the future workforce the industry needs.
