Since the achievement of our Queens Award for Enterprise in the category of Innovation in 2019, to being named in key research listings from Gartner, CloudFM’s impact on the sector’s PropTech development continues to gain pace.
Speaking recently of the developments, CEO Jeff Dewing said: “Our technology developed in-house allows absolute transparency and visibility, coupled with a game-changing element of cost control. *PropTech50 (in association with OBI), is the annual ranking of the UK companies creating original technology for real estate, construction, the built environment and building management.
From a 117-strong shortlist, the final ranking was decided by a combination of selections from an independent judging panel (see below), an innovation rating generated by the Unissu community via its UniScore PropTech data platform and a public vote among readers of BusinessCloud
