Electrolux Professional has unveiled the agenda for the 2023 edition of its annual partner training programme.
The company will host a total of three two-day partner training events at its state-of-the-art Center of Excellence in Luton, with the first set to take place 18-19 April.
Country manager Paul Frost said: “We are delighted to share the agenda for our 2023 partner training programme. This year’s edition has been specially cultivated to cover a range of topics, from dynamic preparation to installation.
“At the outset, our aim was to make our partner training days as varied as possible, with all departments contributing as needed. This way, we can ensure that our partners receive the full experience.”
Day one is set to open with coffee, introductions, agenda and objectives with Stuart Flint and Alex Reed, before Bradley Creese and Steve Bowler provide live demonstrations of dynamic preparation, refrigeration and thermaline.
A complimentary lunch will follow, before overviews on warewashing, SpeeDelight and the OnE Platform. The day will close with hands-on prep for the next day’s breakfast, with drinks and an evening meal to follow.
Day two picks up directly where day one left off, with the benefits of Skyline being showcased with a live breakfast demonstration. Soon after, partners can get to know the product offering better with breakdowns on coffee and hot beverage, technical and installation, and LiberoPro.
After lunch, the focus will shift to customer care with Karl Campbell and laundry with Mick Christian, with a short interlude on cold and frozen beverage with Stuart Flint. The event will wrap up with a marketing update from Shahnaz Alamgir, before Alex Reed returns to conclude.
