“I am delighted to have joined GroupNexus as a Non-Executive Director”, said Lord Austin.

“I have been very impressed with the focus and values of the business, from the way they support their clients, through to their desire for constant innovation to help motorists, landowners and a wide range of public and private sector customers across the country. I am very much looking forward to working with them.”

Following the launch of GroupNexus in 2019, the business has invested heavily in the development of services and solutions that maximize the contribution which the car park can make to an asset and its owners.

Using advanced data and technology, they help their clients understand exactly how sites are being used and the demographics and behaviors of their visitors, helping them serve their visitors better.

“We have established GroupNexus to become one of Europe’s leading providers of parking management and technology services,” said Ellis Green, CEO of GroupNexus. “It is testament to our success that we are able to announce that Lord Austin has joined us as a Non-Executive Director.  He brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge that will be invaluable as we look to drive our business forward.”

Lord Austin is the latest in a number of senior appointments GroupNexus has recently made. Earlier this year Ashleigh Lewis joined the business as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Board, and Kulvinder Maingi was appointed Chief Technology Officer. Both will play an active role as part of the newly extended senior management team, as the business focuses on future growth.
