Bright Horizons and Atlas Expand Partnership to Enhance Nursery Environments Nationwide

Atlas is proud to announce the expansion of its partnership with Bright Horizons, a leading provider of community and workplace nurseries. The new nationwide contract will see Atlas providing cleaning services to 136 nurseries across the UK. This marks a significant growth from the initial contract in 2016, which covered 15 nurseries.

Ed Bolton, Managing Director of Atlas Cleaning, stated: “We are delighted to have been awarded this new contract. Like Atlas, Bright Horizons is a family-focused business, and our cleaning teams help to ensure the best learning and playing environment for the children and their families at nurseries across Britain.”

The partnership has flourished due to a strong working relationship and a shared commitment to quality service delivery. Safeguarding remains the highest priority for the Atlas team, who have collaborated with Bright Horizons to create a safeguarding charter for all operatives. This initiative provides parents and nursery teams with the peace of mind that everything is being done to ensure the safety of children in nursery care.

In addition to maintaining clean and safe environments, Atlas supports Bright Horizons by donating apprenticeship levy money to fund career development for early years specialists. To date, Atlas has funded more than 10 Level 3 apprenticeships, recognizing the crucial role that educators play in the first five years of a child’s life.

Jessica Foster, Senior Contracts and Commercial Manager Bright Horizons commented: “We are very pleased to extend our partnership with Atlas, following our national retender of soft services. The team have quickly and professionally mobilised the new sites and we look forward to building even stronger relationships.”

This expanded partnership underscores Atlas’s dedication to supporting Bright Horizons in providing fun and inspiring learning experiences in safe and stimulating environments for children across the UK.
